Mr. Noel Ford

Independent non-executive director, chairman of the board

Mr Ford has a long and established career in the international financial services industry. He is a certified investment funds director and a certified management consultant. He works with several local and international clients as an independent board director and chairman. Mr Ford is a certified investment funds director and a graduate of the Irish Banking Institute / University College Dublin. He holds an MBA in International Business Management from Griffith College Dublin & Nottingham Trent University in the UK. He is also a contributor to the Certified Investment Fund Directors Programme with the Institute of Banking.

Mr. Ignác Siba

Non-executive director

Mr Siba has been the head of project development in Concorde since August 2015. He has extensive experience, in multinational, governmental and SME environment as well. He was previously the group CEO of Szazadveg Research Ltd in Hungary from 2013 to 2015, was the director general at the Economic Development Operating Program Managing Authority in Hungary from 2010 to 2012. Prior to this he worked for the Citigroup in a number of roles from 1995 to 2007, including as the chief financial officer for Citibank Zrt from 2004 to 2007. He holds an MA in Finance from Budapest University of Economics.

Mr. Tamás Pájer

Managing director

Mr Pájer has in excess of ten years’ experience in regional and functional management and board roles in investment management companies. As such he is experienced advising institutional and retail clients on their investments. He worked for ING Investment Management International (renamed NN Investment Partners in 2015) as chief investment officer for Central and Eastern Europe from 2006 to 2016, and was an investment manager prior to that. He is a CFA Institute Charterholder and also holds the APA qualification by the Institute of Banking (Ireland). He holds an MSc degree from Janus Pannonius University, Hungary.

Mr. Ian Murphy

Head of Compliance and Chief Risk Officer

Ian Murphy comes to Concorde Investment Ireland with nearly four decades of experience as a Head of Compliance within different sectors of the Financial Services Industry. A graduate of Univercity College Dublin, and commencing his career in Accountancy , moved to Audit, Compliance and AML. He is also amember of the Association of Compliance Officers in Ireland.

Mr. Albert Prendiville

Head of Business Development and Risk

Mr. Prendiville has over 35 years experience in senior management roles in banking and investment management. He is a Chartered Banker of the Institute of Banking in Ireland. He has worked as Head of Investment and as a trader for a number of European banks in their irish operations including Commerzbank AG and KBC Bank and has also held a Head of Risk role with an Irish investment funds management company. Mr. Prendiville holds a BA degree in Mathematics and Economics a s well as an MBA in financial services, both from University College Dublin.

Mrs. Tímea Vass

Chief Financial Officer

Mrs. Vass is a certified accountant (CPA) with more than fifteen years’ experience in financial controlling from the regulated financial service industry. During her career she worked at multinational companies as well as at an SME size firm. She joined Concorde Investments Ireland Ltd. in 2019. Prior to that she was a team leader in the Financial department of ING (NN) Insurance Co. and also held senior accountant position at a Pension Fund Servicing Company in Hungary. She holds an Economist in Business Administration degree from IBS, Hungary.

Ms. Krisztina Kapos

Head of Mid Office

Ms. Kapos has over 8 years of experience working in the banking and investments sector. She worked in Treasury Back office department in Volksbank gaining experience and building a sound knowledge in the financial sector. She also spent a couple of years in the hospitality sector and develop a wide range of customer service skills. She holds an Economist degree from the University of Óbuda, Hungary and also has a professional certificate in Combatting Money Laundering and Financial Crime at UCD, Dublin.

Ms. Réka Kollár

Business Analyst / Mid Office Associate

Réka Kollár joined Concorde Investments Ireland in March 2023 after nearly 10 years’ experience in the regulated financial services industry. She commenced her career at the National Bank of Hungary as a capital market analyst and continued as a credit risk modeller at Fundamenta-Lakáskassza Zrt., an EU-regulated credit institution. She holds an Economic Analyst degree from the University of Pannonia, Hungary, and brings an abundance of risk analytics and applied IT experience to the company.
